The short version
This website has no account registration, newsletter, contact form, analytics, tracking pixels, advertising SDK or payment form. The current browser game stores your progress locally. Virtual coins have no cash value. This policy covers this website and the current local-save browser version; a future native app or service may need an updated policy.
When you visit the website
Your browser requests pages, images, fonts and videos from the server hosting this website. Those technical requests disclose information such as your IP address, user agent, requested URL and time to that hosting service. The site code does not send that information to an analytics or advertising service. All fonts, media and scripts are hosted with the site. The server or hosting provider may keep security or access logs under its own settings. The hosting provider and its retention details will be identified when a public host is chosen.
What the game keeps on your device
The current browser game uses local storage for virtual coin balance, spins, progress toward stage rewards, reward banks, free spins, task and check-in status, tutorial status, audio and motion settings, and the latest 100 spin records. Spin records include time, local date, theme, stake, return, net result, free-spin or GRAND status, rules version and reel stops. There is no game account, cloud save or cross-device sync. The game does not request your name, email address, precise location, contacts, photos or payment details.
Sharing, advertising and payments
The current game does not upload your save or sell or share it for advertising. There are no real purchases, deposits or cash-out services. A WATCH AD task currently presents a clearly marked simulated five-second preview; it is not connected to an advertising network. Closing it does not send an advertising request. We will update this policy before adding services that change these practices.
Retention and your choices
Game progress stays in that browser profile until you delete it or clear browser storage. Inside the game, open Settings, then Your Data to export a JSON copy or delete the local game save. Deleting removes the virtual coin balance, tasks, rewards, settings and spin history in that browser; it does not change a separate browser or any server access logs. Browser storage controls can also remove the save. Downloaded exports remain in your files until you delete them. The website itself does not create a user profile or persistent tracking identifier.
Adults and younger visitors
Eclipse Theatre is intended for adults 18 and over and is not directed to children. This site does not knowingly request personal information from children under 13. There is no registration, chat or public user content. A future mobile store listing must use the age rating determined by its actual content and the store questionnaire; this page is not a store age-rating certification.
Security and local-save limitations
The local save is not encrypted by the game. Other people with access to your device or browser profile may be able to see or remove it. A browser reset, changing devices, private browsing or storage restrictions can cause progress to be lost. Do not include sensitive personal information in file names or messages when seeking help. No website or device storage can be guaranteed completely secure.
Operator, contact and future updates
The public operating entity, privacy contact and domain have not yet been selected. This is a pre-release site preview. Verified operator and privacy contact details will be added here before public release. Until then, contact the person who supplied your preview copy; do not send sensitive information to an unverified address. This policy is dated October 16, 2026. Material changes will be reflected on this page and in the release information.
